OUR APPROACH
Kimochi is a play on words of ‘Ki’ (energy or mood) and ‘Mochi’ (traditional Japanese rice cake)
Every fruit mochi is meticulously handcrafted, enveloping luscious creamy white bean paste in delicately soft, freshly made mochi.
Our mochi is crafted not just to delight the palate but to serve as a vehicle for mindfulness, encouraging you to savor the moment and be fully immersed in the joys of the present.
INGREDIENTS SOURCED WITH CARE
All of our fruit and ingredients are handpicked with the utmost care. Highest quality fresh fruit, white bean paste and the plushest soft mochi, exploding in your mouth and disappear like a sweet dream.
We love working with local farmers as much as possible and sometimes get to highlight specialty fruit that are hyper seasonal for fun!
